Our newest cake creation—CARAMORA™:
Two layers of southern brown sugar caramel cake, each brushed with sweet bourbon syrup, then a layer of homemade milk jam (milk caramel or dulce de leche), a schmear of whipped Creole cream cheese, enrobed in silky Creole cream cheese frosting, a generous milk jam drip on the top and bottom and a crown of sliced almonds, served chilled.
Also great as a double-layered sheet cake, and makes incredible trifles and parfaits, if you can imagine.
