My culinary approach draws from Southern tradition and the Mozambican, Portuguese and other vibrant lineage that has shaped global gastronomy for centuries.

Tara-Peri Chicken represents both heritage and innovation—flavors that have traveled through generations, been refined across continents, and now reach their fullest expression through my craft.

To create with intention is to honor those who elevated ingredients into artistry, who perfected technique into legacy and who understood food creation as a space of mastery and elegance.
